About Justine

A true Pacific Northwest native, Justine was born in Salem, Oregon and raised in Washington County just west of Portland. After spending several years living in Michigan and Tennessee, she returned home to the Pacific Northwest, where she settled with her family and began her real estate career.

Justine lives in Ridgefield, Washington with her husband, Bill. She is the proud mother of five adult children—two biological and three adopted—and understands firsthand the complexities that often accompany life transitions, growth, and change.

Education & Business Background

Justine earned her Bachelor of Arts in Child and Family Studies, with a minor in Business, from Portland State University. She homeschooled all five of her children and later authored and published homeschool curriculum.

Following her university education, Justine spent several years working in internet sales and marketing. This experience laid the foundation for her entrepreneurial success, including co-founding two multi million-dollar internet businesses with her husband. Their most recent venture, www.wiperbladesusa.com, continues to grow and thrive today.

Justine became a licensed real estate broker in Oregon when her youngest children were nearing graduation. In 2022, she expanded her business by obtaining her Washington State real estate license, allowing her to serve clients on both sides of the Columbia River.
